How do I start playing?

All you need to do to start playing is  to the site with your email address. Once that’s finished, you can choose which lottery game you’d like to enter and pay for your entries. It’s that simple!


How do I select or update my default language?

Lotteryworld.com is currently only presented in English, which means that it is not possible to change your default language on the site. Should this change at any point in the future, site users will be informed as soon as possible.


How do I change my username?

Your username is required for logging-in. So, if you wish to change your username, you will have to open a new account and use a different bank card and email address. Your username needs to be between 6 and 10 characters and should not include the symbols : = < > or have more than one full-stop (.) in a row.


How do I change my password?

You can change your password in the Account Details section of your account by updating your selection and saving the changes. Just bear in mind that your password needs to be between 6 and 10 characters.


How do I set up my notification preferences?

Visit Notifications (in ther Account details section) to set or change your account mailing preferences. Just tick the boxes to receive activity emails and important updates.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide not to receive activity emails you will not receive winning notifications, emails confirming you have played or updates about your account activity.


The site says my credit card already exists in the system. How do I proceed?

Payment methods cannot be registered to multiple accounts for security reasons. If Lotteryworld.com’s system finds that your credit card has already been registered to another account on the site, it will bring up an error message. Please contact customer support for additional assistance.


Where can I view a summary of all my transactions?

When you sign in, the Transactions page will display a complete record of your deposits, withdrawals, wins, one-time entries and subscriptions, to help your monitor your own activity.


Why is my account locked/blocked?

Your account may have been locked or blocked because Lotteryworld are legally obliged to carry out checks to ensure all your sign-up information is correct. For example, Lotteryworld must ensure you are over 18 and thus legally allowed to wager, but there are also other checks we need to make.

You will have been contacted by the operations team who will have requested some documents from you. If you could please reply to that email with the correct documents then your account will be unlocked. While it is blocked, Lotteryworld are legally not allowed to let money leave your account (sorry, this is not in our control). Any lottery entries you have set-up will still proceed and any winnings on those entries will still be credited to your account.


How do I close my account?

You can suspend your account by visiting the Account Status section of your account details. Here you can choose to suspend your account for anything between 24 hours and 5 years. If you would prefer close your account completely, then please contact the Support Team.

PLEASE NOTE: Your account can not be closed whilst you have active lottery entries, if you have winnings due that have not yet been paid into your account or if you have money in your account which has not been wthdrawn.
